We aim to have small 150ml orders ready within 48 hours, larger orders will be guaranteed delivery within 2 weeks. We will however aim to try and get them to you quicker. If you have ordered a mixed order you may receive two separate deliveries.

All delivery costs are calculated on the size and weight of the product and product type. These calculations are made so the best value delivery options available are offered for selection. We will aim to deliver your order in the most cost-effective and environmentally responsible way.

Small orders like colour charts, colour swatches and 150ml pots (up to seven pots) are sent via Royal Mail whereas large orders (more than seven 150ml pots, 500ml jars and 1 litre, 2.5 litre and 5 litre pots) are sent via overnight courier. Any combination of products between 3-60kg will be sent via courier. Orders over 60kg will not have shipping fees applied at the time of checkout. We will contact you directly to discuss the most economical shipping cost for your order.

We predominantly deliver to England, Wales and the Scottish Lowlands – postcodes EH, KA1-26, ML; zone 1 costs £7.50. A surcharge will be applied to all deliveries to Zone 2 of Northern Ireland, Scottish Lowlands. Zone 2 costs £7.50 plus the zone 2 surcharge of £7.75. Zone 3 is the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and all of the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. Zone 3 costs £7.50 plus the zone 3 surcharge of £13.25. International orders are not available. Please contact us if you would like assistance sourcing quality paint local to you. We can assist with what to look for.

Please also note dispatch days are during business hours, Monday-Friday. We ask this is taken into consideration when placing orders, especially on weekends.

Standard courier deliveries will have to be signed for. If there is no one available to receive the delivery a card will be left with details to arrange another delivery. You may also need to collect from your local post office. Please note that when leaving special instructions for items to be left in a safe place are done at your own risk.
